We want you to love your Brielle purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened, used, or where the seal/protective film has been removed cannot be returned unless faulty).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Request a Return Contact us at contact@bybriellecollectionco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used fragrance/cosmetic products (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

EU/UK Consumer Rights Customers in the UK and EU retain their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (e.g., the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive), in addition to the rights outlined in this policy.
